Thank you! I only wish I had more time (and energy) to bake and cook. I am glad the cookies worked out for you. They are my husband's favorite...so I can't bake them very often!

I stumbled across your blog when I was searching for a cranberry oatmeal cookie recipe. I found your loaded oatmeal cookie recipe and didn't have all the ingredients but that didn't stop me. I went to the store after work and bought everything I didn't have... white chocolate chips, coconut and brown sugar... WHAT A TREAT! Those are the best cookies! Even my 3 year old daughter (who doesn't care a whole lot for cookies) ate them. I've been raving about them to everyone ever since... Now I've saved your web address to my favorites and I plan on following your dishes. So far, I love everything you're posting and have intentions on cooking up a storm... and another batch of cookies!

Kudo's to you! and Thank you!
